Who you are agreeing with

Ignea is operated by the operator of this Ignea deployment. You can reach us at the contact address configured for this deployment. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.

By creating an account or using Ignea you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older

Ignea is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and you confirm that when you create an account.

The companions are fictional characters. They are not real people, they do not have feelings, and nothing they say is advice from a human.

We may close an account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

What Ignea is, and what it is not

Ignea is a companion chat service with voice notes, check-ins and an optional study mode. It is intended for warmth, company and study support.

It is not a crisis service, a medical service, a therapist, or a substitute for any of those. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give dosages, and it will tell you so if you ask.

Model output can be wrong. We withhold final answers in study mode and check hints before you see them, but nothing here should be relied on as a fact you cannot verify.

Content rules

Ignea is SFW. Do not use it to generate, request or store sexual content, content that sexualises minors, content that promotes violence or self-harm, or anything unlawful.

Do not attempt to make the service produce material it is designed to refuse, and do not use automated means to scrape or overload it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in what you send us: your messages, your memories, the notes and transcripts you upload, and your feedback.

You give us permission to store and process that content only so we can run the service for you — answering you, remembering what you asked us to remember, and grounding study hints in the material you supplied.

You can export or delete all of it at any time from your account page.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so in the product before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator of this Ignea deployment is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Ignea, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
